  • Yes, we charge a service fee for all visits. However, we may waive this fee in cases involving major repairs.

  • We have multiple options for taking payment. We can either take card, check, or cash. Payments can either be taken in person after completion of the job, or an invoice can be sent to the email you provide to be paid online.

  • At Kaizen Irrigation, we offer a warranty on all repairs made during the current irrigation season. If a repair fails due to our error before the system is winterized, we will correct it at no additional cost. However, if the issue occurs due to factors beyond our control, there will be a charge for any necessary repairs.

    Please note that our warranty does not extend beyond the end of the season. Once the system is winterized, we cannot guarantee repairs due to the unpredictable nature of winter weather.

  • Proper planning is essential for scheduling the activation and blowout of your sprinkler system. Our availability for these services tends to fill up quickly, so we recommend contacting us 1 to 2 months in advance to secure your preferred time slot. While we may occasionally accommodate last-minute requests due to cancellations, availability cannot be guaranteed.
